  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz Monterrey Jack cheese

Return meatballs to sauce, cover and simmer gently for 1 hour

  • Mix and form into balls using fat to fry in heavy skillet until brown. Remove and prepare sauce:
  • 1 # ground beef
  • 1/2 # sausage
  • 3/4 C bread crumbs

  • 2 T shortening
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 C water
  • 1 small pkg dehydrated onion soup
  • 1/2 C evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp each of Worcestershire, Accent and salt

Add remaining batter and top with remaining sugar mixture

  • Cream:
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sift:
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Add to cream mixture with 1 C sour cream.
  • Pour 1/2 of the batter in a bundt pan and sprinkle 1/2 of the following:
  • 1/3 C brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
