- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Cookwell & Company Two Step Taco Mix
- 1 can (11 or 12 oz.) corn kernels, drained (Mexican or fiesta-style preferred)
- 8 ounces (1 cup) sour cream or softened cream cheese
- 1 jar H-E-B Green Chili Tomatillo Salsa
- 8 ounces (2 cups) Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 10 to 12 corn tortillas, cut or torn into bite sized pieces
