Gooey Caramel Breakfast Pull-Apart

Directions: Thaw frozen roll dough in a zip lock bag for about 2 hours just until thawed
- Ingredients:
- 16 frozen dinner rolls (Rhodes rolls are the best!)
- 1 pkg. cook n serve butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 6 Tbls. melted butter

Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes

Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat
- Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- half of a medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup diced carrots (or a mixture of carrots and celery)
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb lean ground chicken breast
- one 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's Red Hot. Use more or less, depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- or your favorite blue cheese dressing, or crumbled blue cheese
- Rolls, for serving

- 1 1/2 lbs of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 1 pound boneless chicken, chopped)
