Cookies Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1 3/4 cups quick oats
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar
BRAISED RED CABBAGE WITH RED WINE VINEGAR

Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 300°F
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 head Red Cabbage, cored and chopped
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (more to taste)
- ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 3 tbsp salted butter, chopped

- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of seasoned pepper.
Pillsbury butter crescent rolls w/cream cheese

Unroll and spread 1 can crescent rolls on bottom of un-greased pan
- Ingredients:
- 2 cans Pillsbury butter crescent rolls
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- Cinnamon & sugar (I used about 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbs cinnamon)
