Ramen-crusted chicken wings

- Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken wings
- For dry batter:
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- For wet batter:
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 packet ramen seasoning
- 2 packages Top Ramen, crumbled
- 1 quart vegetable, peanut, or canola oil
- For the dipping sauce:
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon scallions, finely chopped

Boil water (drop 1 tablespoon oil in when it boils) Add noodles one at a time (1 lb extra) Cook ‘til al dente (

- 4 lbs Ricotta
- 4 eggs
- Parsely
- Handful of locatelli cheese
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
- Sprinkle lightly cinnamon
- Mix all with wooden spoon
- 12 oz grated mozzarella cheese

Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a large bowl
- 1 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I used lite)
- 1 10 oz bag colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (your favorite), optional

- 1 1 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp lemon zest
- to and pepper to taste

- 4 ounces mortadella, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 ounces capicola, cut into bite size pieces (or ham)

- Olive Salad
- 1/4 cup STAR red wine vinegar
- 1/4 2 plus 2 tablespoons STAR extra virgin olive oil (divided)
