- 2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes (or can use fresh parsley)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Reynolds turkey sized baking bag

Pesto Bean Soup

Warm olive oil and add onion and celery (and minced garlic optional)
- 2 Tb olive oil
- 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
- 2 ribs celery chopped
- Optional some minced garlic
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup pesto like Buitoni (be careful b/c it can make soup oily
- 1 (15 oz) can of cannellini beans (or buttered beans, drained and rinced
- 2 cups of kale, chard or spinach with hard stems removed (I use frozen spinach and/or kale)
- sea salt
- locatelli or parmesan cheese
- Optional: cut up egg pieces:
- For every 2 eggs:
- 1 tablespoon flour (per mom, sifted flour)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan (Locatelli) cheese
- Parsley
- 350 10-12 minutes
Creamy Red Pepper pasta with blistered tomatoes

Cook pasta preheat oven to broil and on baking sheet, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper

- 2 to 3 cups cherry tomatoes

- salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 1/4 sup cashes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 large roasted red pepper
- ( jar or maybe 1/2 cup )
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Crushed red pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Stuffed cabbage
- 3 Pounds ground beef (1.5 meatloaf and 1.5 lean)
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 3 large yellow onions finely chopped and sautéed in oleo
- 2 large heads of cabbage steamed until soft
