Breakfast to go Smoothie

Blend milk, blueberries, Greek yogurt, oats, and flax seed in a blender until smooth
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Cinnamon Oatmeal Streusel Bread

1. In a small bowl with snap-on lid mix together brown sugar and cinnamon
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk (can use evaporated)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (Crisco)
- cinnamon-flavored baking chips (optional)
Buttery Apple Pound Cake

1. Mix 1/3 cup brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg together
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
- 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 stick
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Slow Cooker A1 Swiss Steak

1. Toss meat with steak sauce; place in slow cooker
- 2 lb boneless beef chuck eye roast, cubed
- 1/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

- 1/4 cup water

- 1 (12oz) can or bottle room temperature beer
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 (.25oz) package active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tbsp water
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1/4 cup kosher salt, divided - or to taste
- 18 hot dogs

1. Combine the orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, lime juice and vodka in a pitcher
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice (1)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (2 limes)
- 3/4 cup vodka

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 10" bundt pan
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
