- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix (coarse-crumb style)

Bunny's Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Combine sugar, oil and eggs, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups grated carrots (9 large carrots will give 4 cups grated carrots)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are very good)
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 Pkg (8oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup confectioners sugar

- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1/2 tsp paprika
