Simple Slaw

Chop cabbage coarsely with a sharp knife
- • 1 small head cabbage
- • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- • 1 tablespoon sugar
- • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- • 1 teaspoon salt
German Potato Salad

Combine all and pour over potato mix and bake @ 350* for 20 min
- • 4 C cooked potatoes, cubed
- • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp (important for flavor) & crumbled
- • 1 C celery, chopped fine
- • 3 green (spring) onions chopped tops and all
- Combine all ingredients & put in baking dish.
- Topping
- • ½ C mayonnaise
- • ¼ C white vinegar
- • 2 tsp sugar (Hawaiian)
- • 1 tsp mustard (French's of other liquid cheap)
- • 1 tsp salt (kosher)
- • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
WEEKEND BRUNCH CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- • 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- • 4 eggs, beaten
- • 3/4 cup milk
- • 1/4 teaspoon salt
- • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Spaghetti Pizza Casserole Recipe

• Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- • 1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
- • 1/2 cup egg substitute
- • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- • 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- • 1 medium onion, chopped
- • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- • 1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
- • 2 garlic cloves, minced
- • 1 jar (26 ounces) meatless spaghetti sauce
- • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- • 1 teaspoon dried basil
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- • 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- • 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Eggtoberfest Breakfast Casserole

Bring your egg to 350 degrees with an inderect setup
- 1 lb Mild Sausage (the kind in the tube)
- 1 lb Hot Sausage (the kind in the tube)
- 1 8oz package of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 8oz package of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
AU GRATIN POTATOES

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9”x 9” baking pan
- • 1 (20 oz.) package Bob Evans Hash Brown Potatoes
- • 1 Tbsp. flour
- • ½ tsp. salt
- • ¼ tsp. pepper
- • ¼ tsp. onion powder
- • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
- • 1 cup milk
- • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil

CAESAR SALAD

Make the dressing: Smear the garlic paste over the inside of the salad bowl
- Dressing:
- • 1 clove garlic, smashed with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil
- • 4 anchovy fillets
- • 2 egg yolks
- • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- • 2 lemons, juiced
- • 2 tablespoons water
- • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for garnish
- • Freshly ground black pepper
- • 2 heads romaine lettuce
