- • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed
- • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- • 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
- • 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- • 1 (4-ounce) can pimentos, drained
- • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- • 1 cup mayonnaise
- • 1 (6-ounce) box long-grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions
- • 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
- • Pinch salt

1. 1 Tamari is aged soy sauce and can be found in most grocery stores
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- • 1/2 cup tamari
- • 3 green onions
- • 4 large garlic cloves
- • 1/3 cup lime juice
- • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- • 1 teaspoon cumin
- • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- • 2 lbs inside skirt steaks
- • 2 green peppers
- • 1 large yellow onion
- • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas (or more)
ASIAN SLAW

In a small saucepan add 2 tablespoons olive oil, ginger and garlic, lightly saute until lightly brown
- • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- • 3 tablespoons minced ginger
- • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 4 tablespoons mirin, or white wine
- • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- • 1 cup thinly sliced napa cabbage
- • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
- • 1 cup julienned carrots
- • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

- • 1/2 cup thinly sliced bok choy
- • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- • 1/2 cup julienned snap peas
- • 1/2 cup julienned green onions
- • 15 wonton skins, fried
- • Peanuts, for garnish
FRENCH STYLE GRILLED POTATO SALAD

Cover potatoes with water in a medium saucepan
- • 2 1/2 pounds small new potatoes (red and yellow), scrubbed
- • 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
- • Salt
- • Freshly ground black pepper
- • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- • 1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- • 8 cornichon, finely diced
- • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh chervil, for garnish
OIL AND VINEGAR SLAW
