- • 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- • 3/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

- • 1 (1 3/4 to 2-pound) skirt steak

- Red and yellow peppers and zucchini diced with garlic sautéed with oil until soft.
- Add to meat and veggies, 2 eggs, hancco bread crumbs, crushed red peppers, parmesan cheese, ketchup, salt and pepper, parsley, thyme, and balsamic vinegar.
