Touchdown Taco Dip

Great dip for game day or tailgating!
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream (light)
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1-2 TB pickled jalapeno peppers, chopped (depending how hot you like it)
- dash of Hot Sauce
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- Garnish with chopped tomato and green onion
- Optional - 1/2 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained
- Tortilla chips
Sweet ’n’ Spicy Potato Ravioli (Rachel Ray)

- 4 small sweet potatoes, pricked
- 1 stick (4 ounces) butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed

- 1 tablespoon water

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

Oven-Fried Green Tomatoes

- 4 large green tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray
- Parchment paper
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 packet beef flavored ramen noodle mix
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- dash of ginger powder
- dash of rice wine vinegar
- 1 pound lean boneless beef sirloin cut into strips
- Zucchini
- Red Pepper
- Red Onion
- Green Pepper
- Hot cooked Brown or White Rice
Kettle Chips with Maytag Blue Cheese Sauce
