Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Glaze

Based on Barb Conzone's recipe
- Glaze:
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 8- to 10-ounce pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sliced shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 jar Cherry preserves
- 3 oz. Dried Cherries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Garlic Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 5-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 TB Fresh Oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 loaf of Italian Bread
- 2 TB Butter
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 10 lb Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 jar McCormick Dried (rubbed) sage (.62 oz)
- 2 jars McCormick Chili powder (2.12 oz)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 TB salt
- 2 TB pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne or dried chipotle powder (optional, to taste)
