White Cranberry Spritzer (Cooking Light)

1. Combine cranberry juice, sugar, rosemary, and 12 mint leaves in a small saucepan; bring to a boil
- 2 3/4 cups white cranberry juice drink (such as Ocean Spray)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 12 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 cups club soda, chilled
- 1 1/2 cups white rum
- Crushed ice
Garlic Cheese Bread

Mix cheeses with the mayonnaise and the green onions
- 3 -½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- ¾ cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
- ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups (real) Mayonnaise
- 4 whole Green Onions, White And Light Green Parts Minced
- 1 dash Salt

- Wasabi Cream:
- 1 small loin of tuna, about 2" x 2" x 6"

- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds

- 2 TB water
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 TB half & half, as needed for consistency

Quick & Easy Empanadas

In saute pan, brown ground beef (turkey), along with garlic over medium heat
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red pepper (i use "Ancient Sweets"), chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 15 oz. can Manwich (sloppy joe sauce)
- 1/4 cup pimento stuffed green olives, halved
- 2 TB seedless raisins
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 TB of Mrs Greaux's Hot Pepper Sauce (from St. Kitts - you don't have, add alittle more tabasco or any red pepper sauce)
- 2 packages of Crescent Rolls
Herb Roasted Turkey

- 13 lb turkey, rinsed well and patted dry
- 1 1/4 sticks of unsalted butter, softened
- 2 TB finely chopped parsley

This creamy salad dressing is filled with pickles, spices, a variety of flavors
- 1 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2/3 C. chili sauce (this is a condiment typically sold near cocktail sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced dill pickle
- 1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onion
- 4 tsp. fine grated fresh horseradish or drained bottled horseradish
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tobasco
- 2 tsp. sugar
