Cranberry Salad

- 1 pkg fresh cranberries, grind and drain
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups purple grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pt. whipping cream

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. finely grated orange zest

Curry Grilled Chicken

- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon bottled minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into 12 (3/4-inch-thick) slices
- 1/3 cup bottled salsa
- 1 tablespoon seedless raspberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Spinach Pasta Salad

1.In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain
- 1 (12 ounce) package farfalle pasta
- 10 ounces baby spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size piece
- 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pan-Grilled Pork Chops with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Combine pork and 1 tablespoon juice; let stand 10 minutes
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice, divided
- 4 (1/2-inch-thick) slices pineapple
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeño pepper
