Herbed Chicken Salad

Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, mustard and pepper in a large bowl until well blended
- Dressing:
- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c. celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. tasted almonds, chopped
- Small bag Spring lettuce mixture
- Pansies
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 TB. fresh lemon juice
- 2 TB. milk
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 TB. fresh snipped chives
- 1 TB. fresh tarragon
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball Recipe

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY’®S Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- Graham crackers
Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Filling and Frosting

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups

- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® devil's food cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix package
- 1 bottle (1 oz) red food color (about 2 tablespoons)
- Filling and Frosting
- 12 oz cream cheese (from two 8-oz packages), softened
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 9 cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 3 tablespoons milk
Couscous Salad

- 1 box flavored couscous (garlic or Parmesan), cooked
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 to 3 limes, juiced

Dijon-Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Green Beans with Tomatoes

1.Cook onion in oil, until onion is tender and slightly browned

- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar

- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 sm. can (1 c.) cream-style corn
Quinoa Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

1.Bring the quinoa and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small apples - peeled, cored and
- chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 4 mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch garam masala, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Oatmeal Apple Raisin Muffins

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup peeled, cored, and chopped apple (about 1 medium-large apple)
