Camdied Roma Tomatoes (Somers, BIOIDENTICAL)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 6 Roma Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Somersweet or sugar
- Sea salt
Vegetable Lasagna

May add additional sauce on the side
- 2 small zucchini (about 8 ounces each)
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 2 cups firmly packed spinach leaves (about 4 ounces)
- margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp driend oregano leaves
- salt
- 1 15 OZ container part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 16 oz package lasagna noodles (about 12 noodles)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 8 OZ package part skim mozzarella cheese, sliced
Candied Tomatoe Salsa (Somers BIOIDENTICAL)

In a medium size bowl mix together all ingredients
- 1 Recipe Candied Roma Tomatoes, coarsley chopped
- 1 1/2 TBLS extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBLSP chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 red jalapeno or Fresno chili, finely chopped
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crab Stuffed Mushroo

Wash and trim the end of stems from mushrroms
- 1 Pound large mushrooms
- 6 Tabelspoons butter
- 3 green onions, minced
- 3-4 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
- 8 ounces crab meat can be canned and Bumble Bee
- 1/4 cup fresh fine read crumbs I use Panko
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Cajun or Creole seasoning lend
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Brick Chicken

Prepare grill to medium hi
- 1 Chicken, 4 pound chicken, max, halved so each half is flat
- Spray chicken with oil, use seasoning of your choice under the skin too
- 2 bricks covered with tin foil. 1 brick for each half of chicken.
Dressing (Giada's Steak Salad)

Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a blender
- Red Wine Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tsp salt (BUT I USE 1 teaspoon)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Turkey Meatball and Escarole Soup (Eat Well)

In a 3 quart or larger slow cooker, sombine the carrots and chicken borth
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 10 cups chicken broth (or turkey broth)
- 1/2 pound escarole, washed and cut into bite size pieces (about 1/2 head)
- OR you can use spinach or swiss chard
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, plus more for serving
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

White Mocha Double Spice Chai Black Tea Cookies (Dana)

Combine flour and next four ingredients in a large bowl, whisk to blend
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 Double spice Chai Black Tea bag (empty contents)Dana uses STASH
- Dash of Ground Cloves
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar (sift prior to measuring)
- 10 TBLSP butter-softened
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 TBLSP ice water
Key Lime Pie (Martha Stewart)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combnie graham cracker crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar in a medium bowl; mix well
- 1 1/2 cups grahm cracker
- crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and coooled
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can (14 ounces) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated key lime zest, plus more for garnish
- 1/1 /2 cups heavy cream chilled
Spicy Grilled Turkey Burger

Prepare you grill (either charcoal or gas) for direct high heat
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs (I use Panko)
- 3 TBLSP mayonnaise
- 2 TBLSP chopped fresh chives
- 1 TBLSP Worcestire sauce
- 1 1/2 to 3 teaspoons of hot chile sauce such as Tabasco sauce (amount depends on how spicy you like your foods) or Tabasco Chipotle sauce
- 2 green onions, minced, white and green parts
- 4 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sea salt or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper or mote to tase
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
