- 4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

- 4 ounces medium asparagus stalks (about 8), woody stems trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- Sauce/Marinade Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Mahi Mahi (I used wild Mahi Mahi from Costco. Mahi Mahi are not Dolphins if anyone is wondering.)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 T Rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 1 T sesame oil
- 2 T Splenda or brown sugar
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic puree (also called ground garlic)
- pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce

- 8 oz grated mixed Italian cheeses, your favorite mix of mozzarella, provolone, asiago, etc. (I use Weight Watchers low-fat four-cheese Italian blend)

- 1 3/4-2 lbs fresh crisp asparagus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 -2 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 3 -4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon (juice of, no seeds)
