- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

- 1 * 1 cup coarsely chopped spinach
- 1/2 * 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 * 1 medium clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 cups coarsely chopped chicken
- 1 to 1 1/2 * 1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 * 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 * 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Dijon or a favorite gourmet mustard
