- 1 Package 10 oz. Spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 3 oz. Parmesan
- 3 oz. Moz. Or Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tomato (seeded)
Mixed Berry Crumble Pie

Heat oven to 325. Spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 1/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
- 2 Tabelspoons firm butter or Margerine
- 1 12 oz Bag mixed Frozen Berries (about 2.5 cups)
- 1 Teas. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teasp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Tabelspoon softened Butter or Margerine
- 2 Eggs
RR Cognac Sauced Pepper Steaks

- 10 - 12 oz. Steak 1.5 inches thick

- 2 Shots of Cognac

Fresh Mozz & Pesto Bruschetta

- 1 Loaf French Bread cut into 1/3 to 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 Container of Fresh Pesto
- 6 Plum Tomatoes Sliced 1/4 inch thick
- Roughly 15 Fresh Mozzarella balls sliced long-ways into 3's.
Brie & Sausage Breakfast Casserole

- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 lb hot pork sausage, ground
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 7 large eggs, divided
- 3 cups whipping cream, divided
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 Tbsp sage, chopped fresh or 1 teas dried
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Green onion, chopped
