Rice Krispies with Peanut Butter

Melt sugar and Karo syrup over medium heat until smooth
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 6 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 Cup Milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 Cup Butterscotch Chips
Skillet Stir-Fry Spring Garden Vegetables

In a large skillet cook garlic in oil over medium heat until lightly brown
- Cut up chicken breast
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbls Oil
- 3 Green Onion, sliced
- 3 ribs Celery, sliced
- 10 Mushrooms, sliced (or none preferably)
- 1 (14 oz) can La Choy Bean Sprouts, drained and rinsed
- 1 Red Pepper, cut int 1/2 inch squares
- 1 (6oz) pkg La Choy Frozen Chinese Pea Pods, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Cashews
- 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbls La Choy Soy Sauce
- 2 teas Corn Starch
- 1/2 teas Garlic Powder

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and lemon-colored, about 4 minutes

- 1 3/4 cups sugar

- 1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch mix until smooth
- 4 dozen cherry tomatoes (about 2 pints)
- 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1 package (.4 oz) ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, if needed to soften
- parsley, optional

- 1 c uncooked quinoa
- 1 c fat free chicken broth
- 1 c apple juice or apple sauce
- 1 c carrots
- 1 c celery
- 1 c onion

- 2 Cups (12 oz) semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese softened
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbls All-purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teas Vanilla Extract
- Strawberries and White Chocolate Shavings, optional
