Hot Milk Butter Cake

CAKE: Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored
- CAKE:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teas Baking Powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/8 teas Salt
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Half & Half or Milk
- 1 cup Coconut
Peanutty Caramel Bars

Made this one with the microwave
- 1 package (14 ounces) caramels
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, divided
- 4 cups Cheerios
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips or 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Southwest Vegetables

Boil as directed on bag. Strain
- 2 packages of Southwest Vegetables
- 1 teas. Garlic Salt
- 1 teas. Chili Powder
- 1 teas. Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup refried beans if desired.
Bean and Meat Casserole Dish

Brown Ground Round and Italian Sausage, drain
- 1 Pkg Frozen Lima Bans
- 1 Can Butter Beans
- 1 Can Baked Beans
- 1 Can Kidney Beans (drained)
- 1/2 lb Smoked Ham (deli cut thick)
- 3/4 lb Italian Sausage
- 3/4 lb Ground Round
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Med. Onion
- 3-4 Tbls Molasses
- 1 teas Dry Mustard
- 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Caramel Dip

- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Powder Sugar
- 1 teas. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts or Peanuts without skins (chopped)
Jelled Champange Dessert

In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup cold grape juice; let stand for 1 minute
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups cold white grape juice, divided
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups Champagne or club soda
- 8 fresh strawberries, hulled
Potato Pancakes

Mix potatoes and onions in a large bowl
- 4 1/2 Cup grated potatoes
- 1 Sm grated onion
- 1/4 teas. Baking powder
- 1 1/2 teas salt
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 2 Eggs-beaten
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
Macaroni Salad

Combine macaroni, ham, cheese, peas, eggs, celery, radishes and onion
- 4 cups cooked Macaroni (use any shape you want)
- 1 cup cubed Ham (or strips)
- 1/2 cup cubed processed American Cheese
- 10 oz pkg frozen Peas, cooked and drained
- 4 hard cooked Eggs, sliced
- 1 cup sliced Celery
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced Radishes
- 1/4 cup Green Onion Tops
- 2/3 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 to 1 1/2 teas Salt
- 1/4 teas Pepper
