- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 2 T. Butter
- 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 T. Flour
- 3 C. Heavy Cream
- 1 C. Milk
- 8 oz. fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 t. dried Basil or 4 T. fresh-chopped basil leaves
- Salt & freshly ground Pepper to taste

Valentine's Day Ribbon Jello

A tasty Ribbon Jello dessert with a Valentines colored theme
- BOTTOM LAYER:
- 6 ounces Cherry Jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups cold water
- MIDDLE LAYER:
- 3 ounces Lemon Jello
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 package mini marshmallows
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can Kerr's pineapple/coconut juice
- TOP LAYER:
- 6 ounces Pink Jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups cold water

- Add:
- 6 Eggs
- 2 T. Vanilla
- 2 T. Almond or 1 T. Creme Bouquet
- Mix in:
- 7 C. Flour
- 2 T. Baking Powder
- No need to refrigerate the dough
- Frosting:
- 1 Bag Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cube Butter, softened
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 1 t. Almond Extract or Creme Bouquet
- Milk
- Food Coloring
Sauce - Strawberry Sauce

Wash strawberries and remove stems
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. almond extract (my favorite) or vanilla extract

- 1 1/3 cups rice-corn crispy cereal, (recommended: Crispex)
- 2 1/4 cups broken bagel chips or melba toast
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 bone-in, skinless chicken pieces (about 6 ounces each)
