Pumpkin Upside-Down Cake (talkchowplayhouse.com)

Next, take a box yellow or white cake mix and sprinkle the mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin layer
- In a large bowl mix together:
- 1 large 29 oz can of pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and pam spray a 9 x 13 pan or glass pyrex, set aside. Pour the pumpkin mixture into your prepared 9 by 13 inch pan or glass pyrex and spread evenly.
- 1 Yellow or White Cake Mix
- 1 C. Butter
Drink - Sonic Cherry Limemade

- Add:
- 2 C. fresh squeezed Orange Juice (6 oranges)
- 1 C. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice (8 Lemons)

- 30 Peaches
