Bring sugar and milk to boil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Angel Flake coconut or 1 small can
- 2 tbsp butter
Lemon cake with pineapple filling

Make cake according to intructions on box
- Pineapple filling:
- 1 lemon flavor cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- Large can crushed pinapple with juice
Crawfish cakes

- bell pepper

- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Lea & Perrins sauce

- 1 cup brown suger
- 1 pound powered suger(about 3 three cups)
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 5 table spoon water
- 1/3 cup light Karo
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups pecans
Carrot Cake

- 3 cups grated carrots
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, separeted
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla

1. Mix first 4 ingredients together
- 1) 2 sticks margarine
- 2) 1 cup brown sugar
- 3) 1 cup white sugar
- 4) 2 eggs
- 5) 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6) 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 8) 2 1/4 cups flour
- 9) 1 bag chocolate chips
- 10) 3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Best Ever Stawberry Cake

Combine cake mix, flour, Jello & water
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 tbs plain flour
- 1 (3oz) box strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil (I actually only used 1/2 cup oil & it was fine)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed & chopped up
- 4 eggs
- Icing: Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen stawberries in syrup, thawed & pureed
- 7 cups powdered sugar or a little less
- Add freshly sliced strawberries with juice to the top for EXTRA flavor!

- Icing:
- 2 cups sugar

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can carrots (diced or mashed)
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 (8oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 block margarine
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 lb confectioner sugar
