Derek's Mom's Cookie Cake

Ingredients

• 1) 2 sticks margarine
• 2) 1 cup brown sugar
• 3) 1 cup white sugar
• 4) 2 eggs
• 5) 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 6) 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 7) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 8) 2 1/4 cups flour
• 9) 1 bag chocolate chips
• 10) 3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
• 11) 1 cup peanut butter (optional)

Cooking time 20mins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Then add the next 4 ingredients. Stir in remainder ingredients.

2. Pout into a 14" round cake pan that's been buttered and floured or sprayed with Pam.

3. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

4. Frost with a can of milk chocolate frosting using a frosting bag.
