Grilled Stuffed Jalapeños

This is such a cool and fun idea, they will make a great appetizer and definitely a crowd pleaser!
- 4 slices bacon
- 14 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise
- 1 (8-oz) package reduced fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced scallions
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded tomato

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a Beat eggs in a blender or food processor until frothy, about 30 seconds
- Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp grass-fed butter (you could use Refined Coconut Oil or Palm Shortening as an alternative)
- 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

1 Prepare a 3- 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray or grease well with butter
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling, apple slices somewhat broken up
