Spicy Cheese Thins

Preheat oven to 325º. Cut parchment paper to the bottom of an 11″ x 16½” sheet pan
- 2 c. almond flour
- 2 egg whites from large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional, use more if you like things hot)
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (more if you want them cheesier)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

- 1 large (118g) chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 slice (28g) ham
- 14 thin slices (28g) pepperoni
- 2 ounces (56g) raw italian sausage (recipe)
- 1/4 cup (25g) parmesan (reggiano) cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup (28g) whole milk, low moisture mozzarella, grated
- 4 slices (100g) raw bacon
- salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Low Carb Croissant Bagels

Instructions Preheat oven to 300 F, and grease or oil a bagel or donut pan (even if it’s a non- stick type)
- Kitchen Tools:
- 3 eggs, separated.
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, where to buy this
- 2 tbsp organic cream cheese, softened.
- 2 tbsp butter, melted.
- 2 tbsp coconut flour (can sift it, if it’s clumpy), where to buy coconut flour
- Sweetener of choice:1 1/2 tsp erythritol or 15 drops liquid stevia (for low carb), or 1 tsp honey for primal.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, mixed together in separate pinch bowl.
- 1/8 tsp sea salt.
- 2 large mixing bowls.
- 1 donut pan, or bagel pan, where to buy bagel pan
- 1 electric hand mixer or stand mixer
- 1 pinch bowl (small bowl).
Cauliflower, cheese n bacon cakes

In pot of boiling water cook cauliflower until tender
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (125 mL)
- 5 slices bacon
- 11/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (300 mL)
- 1 canned jalapeno, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Bake Mix (125 mL)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (2 mL)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt (5 mL)
- 1/4 tsp white pepper (1 mL)
- Olive oil for frying
- Sour cream
