Mix all dry ingredients together
- 16 chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers if desired

- For Sauce Mix
- 1 small jar orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup rum

Oven Fried Haddock Fillets Recipe

If you can't find haddock, try this recipe with cod, flounder, or sole fillets
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil (for the baking dish)
- 1 1/2 pounds haddock fillets (without skin)
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper (freshly ground) to taste
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
- 1 cup fine dry Parmesan breadcrumbs (or garlic seasoned or other seasoned bread crumbs)
Deviled Eggs

- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
