Halibut in Thai Curry Sauce

- 1 can (14-ounce) light coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled ginger
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Thai red or green curry paste or curry powder
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 piece(6 ounces each) skinless halibut fillet
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup (firmly packed) fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Cooked basmati or jasmine rice
Coco's Meatballs

Sautee the meatballs with garlic and seasoning
- 1 package Frozen Meatballs (Trader Joes)
- 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tbs Sugar
- Seasoning
Mustard Sauce
