Chicken Picata

Place flour and seasoned salt in a bag – shake to mix
- 1 t. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1-1/2 pounds chicken breast cutlets
- 2 T. butter
- 1 T. capers
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice (and a few thin slices of the lemon
- 1/4 c. white wine (Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc are good choices)

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth and creamy
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 medium cloves garlic , pressed through garlic press or minced (about 2 teaspoons)

12 Hour Salad

- 8 cups torn salad greens
- 1-1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 # sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
