Aunt Virginia's Potato Salad Dressing

Cook in a double boiler until thick, stir constantly if you don't use a double boiler
- 5 egg yolks
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 teas salt
- 1/2 teas. dry mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar

- 1 pound rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (3-ounce package) strawberry Jell-O
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Carrot Cake

Mix together wesson oil and sugar
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cup Wesson Oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup flour
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 3/4 cup nuts (walnuts)
- Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
John-Ben-Getty Casserole

- 2 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 12 ounce package egg noodles
- 1 can peas
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese cut into chunks

Peanut Butter Balls

Mix together melted oleo, peanut butter, and powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 1 16 oz. chunky peanut butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar or 3 1/2 cups

- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour, maybe 2
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Frosting
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 and 1/2
Easter Marshmallow Bark

Measure out 3 cups of marshmallows
- 1 bag white chocolate chips {12 oz}
- 3 cups mini rainbow marshmallows
- 1 about 1 TBSP shortening {optional, but it really makes the melting process easier!}
- Easter sprinkles or other fun sprinkles for decor on top!

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- cooking oil
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans Great Northern Beans
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans Beef broth

- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

- 8 mini Milky Way bars
- 2 sticks oleo margarine or butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teas soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 teas vanilla
White Chili

- Cornbread:
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (4 oz) cans chopped chilies
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 2 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can lima beans
- 2 cans navy beans
- 2 cans great northern beans
- 1 can white corn (or hominy)
