- 1 1/2 c self rising flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c milk
- CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 1 C sugar
- 6 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 C boiling water

- 3 ounces sour cream

- 3 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
