Crockpot Breakfast w/sausage

Directions: 1. Spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom
- 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 16 oz. roll sausage
- maple, sage or regular sausage.
- Salt and pepper
- 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 C. parmesan cheese (I used Kraft)
- 1 C. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425. Unroll pizza dough onto a greased cookie sheet and brush with butter
- 1 (10 ounce) can Pillsbury pizza crust dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- one large egg
- one large egg white
- 1/4 cup lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Fool Proof Fudge

- 18 oz chocolate chips (or peanut butter chips)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup nuts, if desired - (if making peanut butter use peanuts)
Baked Potato Soup

In a large soup kettle or Dutch oven, melt the butter
- 4 large baking potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled and cubed (about 4 cups)
- 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

- 2 1/2 cups chopped red rhubarb, fresh.
- 2 1/2 cups de-stemmed, washed and cut strawberries (in larger pieces).
- 1 cups sugar.
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca.
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest.
- Unbaked pastry for two crust 9 inch pie.
Homemade Kentucky Blackberry Cobbler

- 2 1/2 cups fresh blackberries, washed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
