BREAD - Green Tea Bread Loaf

Used 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast. A bit hard on surface, not as soft as the same day made. Flour too much or water not enough, maybe.

Bread Roll version:
Used 1 1/2 cups instead of 2 cups, added 10ml more butter. Softer than the above version, tasted ok the next day. Use milk would be better for bread roll.
