Ingredients
- Day of cooking:
- 3 pounds boneless leg of lamb, cut into
- 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 cups okra, chopped
- 4 cups onion, chopped
- 12 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and
- minced
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green chilis, cored, de-seeded, and
- sliced
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 4 teaspoons ground coriander
- 8 teaspoons cardamom
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 4 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup coconut milk

Step 1
add everything but the liquid to a freezer bag, freeze. day of cooking, put in slow cooker, add liquids, cook on low for 8 hours.
