• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3 TBS milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coca powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

1 . in a mixer beat together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar. add vanilla & egg .
2. sift together flour, coca powder & baking powder
3 . combine all
4. roll dough into 1 inch balls. criss cross with a fork.
5. bake 375 for 7 to 8 mins, until edges set up.
