• 9 hard boiled eggs
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 3/4 tsp dry mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Paprika (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel boiled eggs. Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Place yolks in small bowl and mash with fork. Add mayonnaise. pickle relish, mustard powder and sugar. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
