Ann's Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  • 1 Cup Butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 5 eggs (room temperature)
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 8 oz Sour Cream(1 Cup)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Filling
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 squares Chocolate grated


Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 90mins


Step 1

Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Cream in mixer Butter, Sugar then add eggs

Add to mixer Flour, alternating with Sour Cream, than add Vanilla, Baking Powder and Baking Soda

In separate bowl, combine filling ingredients

Pour half of Cake batter in greased and floured bunt pan. Add around the filling mix than pour in rest of batter.

Bake for 1+ hours or when tooth pick is clean.
