  • 1 POUND GROUND SAUSAGE
  • 4 TBL FLOUR
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 3 CUPS MILK
  • 2 TBL MELTED BUTTER

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. OPEN BISCUITS. CUT EACH INTO 4 PIECES. SPRAY 9 X 13 CASSEROLE DISH PLACE HALF THE BISCUITS IN DISH AND BAKE FOR 10 MIN. BROWN SAUSAGE. MIX SALT FLOUR PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER IN DISH AND ADD TO SAUSAGE. COOK TILL COMPLETELY ABSORBED. ADD MILK AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO SIMMER, REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND CONTINUE TO STIR TILL MIXTURE THICKENS. ABOUT 5 MIN. POOR GRAVY OVER COOKED BISCUITS AND ADD UNCOOKED BISCUITS TO TOP OF GRAVY AND BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINOR UNTIL BISCUITS ARE GOLDEN BROWN. BRUSH WITH MELTED BUTTER AND SERVE.
