  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 1/2 ounces sausage gravy mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 ounce) biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut the biscuits into 1-inch pieces and place in the bottom of the pan. Brown sausage and place over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper and pour over the pan. Make gravy per package directions and pour over everything. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
