Sausage, Peppers and Onions

This was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Now, I used Vegan Italian Sausage and chik'n broth instead of the wine. I put some fresh mozzarella on top and let it melt. Served with some crusty bread and voila...Thanks Giada, you are the best
