- 2 2 2 -4 dried arbol chiles, stems removed, pods split, and seeds removed

- 2 2 1⁄2 1⁄2 cups low sodium chicken broth

Preheat oven to 450˚F with oven rack in top third
- 2 lbs salmon filet, cut into six 6 oz portions
- 2 lbs (2 bunches) asparagus, fibrous ends removed
