Red Pepper Pasta

In a skillet over medium high heat, heat your olive oil
- 12 ounces spaghetti noodles, cooked
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 medium red bell peppers (deseeded, deribbed and cut into strips)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup low-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
Grilled Pork Chops with Citrus Salsa

Trim any visible fat from pork chops and place in a large zipper-topped plastic bag
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless top loin pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 Serrano OR Jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 1/3 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
- 2/3 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno jelly

- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders

- 6 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped, 3 tablespoons
- 2 handfuls chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can chunky style crushed tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- A handful fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
- Coarse salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked to al dente
