- 3 cups dried wide noodles
- 3 cups broccoli spears (12 ounces)
- 1/2 cup light dairy sour cream
- 1-1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh dill
- 1 pound beef ribeye steak
- 1 small onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1-14 ounce can beef broth
- 3 Tablespoons tomato paste

- 1 pound fettuccine noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
- 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and thinly sliced
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1/4 bunch freshly parsley, leaves picked and roughly chopped
- ALMOND ALFREDO SAUCE
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups (more) water
- 1 large yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 2-1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1-1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) sugar , plus 1/3 cup for rolling
- 2 ounces cream cheese , cut into 8 pieces
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter , melted and still warm
