Curried Sweet Potato Latkes Recipe

In a small bowl, combine the first nine ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups grated peeled sweet potatoes
- Oil for frying
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 450°F. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic with the melted butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup or 1/4 pound), melted
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (or 2/3 cup if you are using a Microplane zester)
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- A large pinch of italian seasoning (herb mix)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 lbs of skinless, boneless, chicken meat, cut into pieces no larger than 2x2 inches
Pork Milanese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place each pork chop between two pieces of plastic wrap
- Four 4 ounce boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cup baby arugula
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven 350. Oil muffin tins (I use coconut oil) or line
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup unbleached pasty flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 dates, pitted and chopped

- 3/4 cup rice milk

- 2 1/2 to 3 pound beef brisket
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Chianti wine
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
