Easy Orange Rolls

Heat oven to 375°. Stir cream cheese, brown sugar and zest
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1.5 t orange zest
- 2 T sugar
- 1 can refrigerated french loaf
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 T orange juice
Hamburger Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. Brown and drain beef
- 1 lb beef
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can kernel corn
- 1 can Veg-All
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 t salt & pepper
Cheesy Potato Soup

Boil potatoes until tender
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 oz sour cream
- Bacon Bits
- 2 c milk
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 c potato water
- 1/2 lb Velveeta
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Italian Crescent Bake

Heat oven to 350°. Prepare pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c shredded mozzarella
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles, broken in half
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
- 26 oz jar pasta sauce
Garlic Rolls

Heat oven to 400°. Cut rolls in half
- 4 Publix Chicago hard rolls
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Dried Italian seasoning
Curried Chicken & Broccoli

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli; drain
- 1- 10 oz bag broccoli spears
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- 1/2 t curry powder

- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 small can of mexicorn
Cheesy Garlic Bread

Heat oven to 350°. Cut bread diagonally into slices
- 1-12 oz French bread loaf
- 1/4 c butter
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1 c Shredded Italian 6 cheese blend
- pinch of salt
Chicken and Artichoke casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. Greast 2-1/2 quart dish
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 5 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 2 c cooked chicken
- 1-14 oz can quartered artichokes, drained and chopped
- 10 oz spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 3 T butter, melted
- 2 c (1/2 inch cubes) French bread
Seasoned crackers
