- Dressing mix:
- 2 bags (3 ounce) Ramen Noodle soup in Oriental (other flavors will work, too)
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 2 bags (12 ounces) broccoli cole slaw
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- chopped green onions, for garnish
- 3/4 c canola oil
- 1/4 c brown or white sugar
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 ramen noodle seasoning packet
Baked Brie

Preheat oven to 350°. On a nonstick cookie sheet, lay out the puff pastry; put brie round on top
- 1 large sheet of puff pastry dough
- 1 round of brie (do not remove rind)
- Raspberry jam, or other sweet jam
- Brown sugar
- 1/4 c maple syrup
Crockpot sausage and egg casserole

- 1 dozen beaten eggs
- 14 slices of bread
- 2.25 c milk
- 2.5 c grated cheddar or MJ cheese
- 1 lb sausage, cooked & drained
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Shrimp
- 1 lb. Shrimp, peeled an deveined
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons Creole seasoning
- Tasso Gravy
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup Tasso, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

- 1 small can green chilies, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic

- 1 c chopped onion, optional
- 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 8 oz sour cream
