- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (not necessary)
- 1 cup flaked coconut (optional)
- 3 1/2 oz. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts (about 3/4 cups)

- 2 cups sliced almonds, chopped

- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into pieces

- 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips

Mix all the batter ingredients together and spread in your prepared pan
- First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Get your round, 9 x 1 ½ inch pan ready by greasing it. Next, make your Streusel topping and set it aside:
- * 1/3 cup Bisquick
- * 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- * 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (I like to add a bit more since I love cinnamon!)
- * 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
- Mix the first three ingredients together. Then cut in the margarine with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly.
- For the batter you’ll need:
- * 2 cups of Bisquick
- * 2 tablespoons of sugar

- 3 1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon light rum
