Beer Dip

Mix the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing and beer together
- 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 pack dry hidden valley salad dressing
- 1/2 can beer
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Tangy Mozzarella Bites

- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 1 to 2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 1 pound part-skim mozz cheese, cut into 1/2inch cubes
Pumpkin Filled Cookies

1. Mix & sift together flour, salt & baking soda
- Filling:
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Blend ingred together. Set aside.
- Cookies:
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. rolled nuts
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. soft shortening
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c molasses
easy beef stroganoff
